Shipping & Returns

We ship everywhere in North America. If the order is for a Sailor station in San Diego base we deliver right to your ship. We also deliver to Naval ships while deploy. Input the correct address and DLA will hand your shipping right to the Ship no matter where it is.

Any order with a total purchase bigger than 100$ will automatic post a free shipping block.

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

In CrisLore we make items for services members, we pay the taxes for you, so you don't have to. They are not included in the price neither.

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.
